at the Michigan Technology Leaders Summit
Apex Digital Solutions is providing two exclusive meeting rooms for attendee use throughout the event on 4/11/24. Whether you need to step aside to take a call, would like to meet with other attendees, or simply want to demo some tech, our Meeting Hub rooms are equipped with innovative audio/video meeting bars for your convenience.
Anyone who books time in a room will be entered into a giveaway for two tickets to the Detroit Ford Fireworks Rooftop Party* (valued at $700)!
Meeting rooms can comfortably seat 4 people and are equipped with a docking station, TV/display, and either a Jabra PanaCast 50 device or a MAXHUB UC S07 device – both systems delivering optimal video and audio performance. Simply bring your laptop, connect to the AV bar (we’ll have clear directions how), and you’re ready to meet!
Giveaway Rules:
1. Eligibility & Entry: Attendees who book time in one of the Apex Digital Solutions sponsored meeting rooms at the MTL Summit in Detroit for April 11th, 2024 from 8am to 5pm EST, will be automatically entered into the giveaway. Event sponsor or exhibitor individuals are not eligble for the promotion. Only one entry per individual is permitted. Several room bookings does not equal multiple entry submissions.
2. Prize: The prize for the giveaway is two tickets to the Detroit Ford Fireworks Rooftop Party, valued at approximately $700.
3. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place within one week following the MTL Summit.
4. Notification: The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
5. Prize Collection: Apex Digital Solutions will mail tickets to winner once they become available from the event organizers.
7. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree that if they win, their name and image may be used for promotional purposes by Apex Digital Solutions.
8. General Conditions: In its sole discretion, Apex Digital Solutions reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway.
